Biohazard in Lake Como

Affected floor in bathroom & hallway. Due to the biohazard nature, we had to remove all affected layers of flooring.

We were called into the very unfortunate event of cleaning biohazard from a home whose owner was deceased for several days. 

The family of the deceased called on SERVPRO of Howell/Wall to help during this extremely difficult time.  This job was certainly not for the faint of heart.  After methodically handling all the affected areas, we begun demolition and detailed cleaning of all hard contents.  We also fully inventoried all soft unsalvageable contents.  After several fogging and ozone treatments, the odor was eliminated.

After several days of hard work, our job was complete.  The customer thanked us for our angelic performance that exceeded their expectations.  Helping those in need during difficult times...that's what it's all about!  The team here at SERVPRO of Howell/Wall extends its deepest sympathies to our customer's families.
