Residential Water Damage in Brick, NJ

Water heaters are marvelous. They heat water! Which, admittedly, doesn't sound like much. But cold showers during Winter are not at all fun. So water heaters are a gift to all. Sometimes, though, gifts can fail the recipient. Pretty much any thing with a pipe of some sort can spring a leak. Water heaters are no different. This particular home had a water heater leak on the first floor that damaged some flooring. They called in SERVPRO of Howell/Wall and we came to the rescue! As you can see the flooring is starting to buckle in the before photo posted. Our technicians removed the flooring in order to dry the concrete slab. It was a pretty easy job that we were happy to do for a lovely family in Brick, NJ.
