Mold due to Persistent Leak in Howell, NJ

SERVPRO of Howell/Wall was called out to remediate suspected microbial growth. This utility closet located in an active-adult community in Howell, New Jersey had a small, persistent leak which caused extensive mold damage to various surfaces in the closet.  Notice all the visible microbial growth on the drywall and trim.  We began this job by erecting containment to prevent cross-contamination and deployed an air scrubber. Then we commenced our multi-step mold remediation. Then came our job to rebuild the closet and bring everything back to its preloss condition. After only a few short days, this utility closet seemed "Like it never even happened."
