Residential Storm Damage in Ocean, NJ

Rainy days are here again. It's that time of year. And what a lovely time of year it is. And by lovely, I mean a little terrifying. Especially since sump pumps have been known to fail at random when you would least like them to. Mostly during rainstorms. That's the situation we see here. The rain backed up the sump pump and, unfortunately, the sump pump was old and rusted which spread rust particles throughout the finished basement. Materials were stained from the rust, so there was more demo than was usually necessary. The family called SERVPRO of Howell/Wall and we jumped right in to get everything clean and dry for them. They appreciated the help and we appreciated them for appreciating us.
